they are the managers of my condo group, Ocean Dunes. they keep the exterior in perfect condition and make quality improvements. Gary and Steve and other staff members are always reachable for assistance to us owners.
One of the best vacations we have had. Booking was easy, payment terms were convenient. The unit in Island Club was all that we expected and more.
we have been vacationing at Ocean Dunes for more years than I can remember. we have always had a beautiful unit that was clean and perfect for our time away. Being ocean front is the best feature of this wonderful place. I love the new pool area that provides a place to relax if the beach is too windy or cool. the staff has always been more than helpful when needed. Thank you Vacation Time. We will return
We were supposed to stay at Ocean Dunes #421. However, when we got there it had moldy wallpaper falling off the rotted paneling. We were lucky enough that Vacation Time had just gotten a new rental unit at Port Royal the Lyons. So they moved us over to this unit for no additional fee. We were not ocean front, but the 4 bedroom glorious unit made up for it. I appreciate the work Michael did to make things right for our family. Seemless trip, great property, good folks.
I wonder how many guests or owners feel ripped off about the small pool we have for Ocean Dunes? Also wondered if guests knew that the guests in the Carolina building were given access to the large pool at the Hilton?
We had a great experience! Clean condo, just as described... super nice employees at Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island Inc. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway for our small family! Thank you so much!
