We were made promises that simply have not been kept, and trying to get any straight answers or assistance from customer service has been completely gridlocked. We have contacted Consumer Affairs regarding these ongoing issues. We strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to look elsewhere and protect their hard-earned money."
Avoid this company at all costs. Since changing into the Capital Vacations Trust, our experience has been nothing but a stressful, confusing nightmare. We were pressured into making a decision with extreme urgency by representatives like Lucinda, who claimed an offer was only available that day. They led us to believe that transferring into the Trust was the only way to get an exit and cancel our contract without future responsibilities. Horrible people , I had a late fee for the maintenance fee of over 100.00 some dollars , called and spoke to Destiny a supervisor explaining my medical bills made it difficult to pay it on time , she absolutely refused to waive my late fee , no human factor with this company , they rather it goes to collections then waive the late fee , they work with capital vacations company and they were even worse .. some guy named Jose kept cutting me off and would not even let me talk .. stay away from dealing with these people they ar... read more
