Our family of 12 enjoyed a wonderful week at Blue Water is Calling house. Able to dock 3 boats and park 4 full size trucks and 3 boat trailers. Fished both Gulf and Atlantic sides. Enjoyed everything about this house and our family vacation.
Our Property Manager, Jessy Rubino takes pride in making sure our guests are comfortable and have everything they need. She makes herself available 24/7 should any concerns arise and communicates well to resolve any issues. She has given constructive criticism which has been in the best interest of our vocation rental. We have had great reviews and guests stating they can't wait to come back. Job well done, Jessy!

What an absolute nightmare!!! Memorial Day weekend, booked this house for a long waited hard earned family vacation. Upon arrival, there was a horrific smell of dead rotten fish from massive amounts of seaweed in the back of the house that made the pool and kayaks unusable- the smell flooded the house when you opened the door- instantly making my highly allergic husband nauseous. Beware of renting with this company even through VRBO. The house we rented was up for sale, which they did not disclose us that at time of booking. They then later emailed us to tell us we could no longer book this property because the property had sold. Elliott also told us we had to cancel the reservation through VRBO in order to get our refund even though they were the ones who canceled on us. Clearly, this is their way around getting penalized on VRBO. Very untrustworthy company.
