Whatever you do, do NOT book your reservation with this company. If I could take away stars I would. Our family booked a surprise 60th birthday party, flights booked, and time taken off work with our expected check-in being about a month away in the Florida Keys. Full payment was taken/paid. I booked a vacation rental through Airbnb in July for a Christmas family trip to the Florida Keys. We booked far in advance because rentals in the Keys fill up quickly, especially for the holidays, and this was a large family trip. Property was nice but rental company was horrible. It didn't seem like they had ever even been there. Inaccurate description. Wasn't able to use the bikes cuz was to scared to contact for the code after a previous very rude and unprofessional encounter with Jessenia. Plenty of companys to rent from. Avoid this one.
