A very convenient location, with two fantastic beaches in either direction, upscale shopping to the south, and moderately priced shopping locations sprinkled around. It seems the units are managed by different people, so all I can speak on is 407 & 409, but our stay was very comfortable. The only thing I will warn is that the parking garage is a bit tight and small. If you are looking to rent a sizable SUV the way we did, be prepared to have a spotter out the vehicle for low-hanging pipes and such.

units managed by different people, can’t speak for them all. (Important) Warning for parking structure get a smaller rental car if you can, very tight and short ceiling. Very nice balconies good views of city buildings from the side we stayed. Very close walk to luxury row and the beach and next to two 7-elevens gotta get the Hawaii only 7/11 foods at least once. outdated. Countryard area looks like a project more than vacation rental. Very scary tight parking lot. Loud with thin walls. Weekends here were awful people screaming yelling in courtyard car alarms traffic noises from street easily heard from bedroom. My host was good but room was in mid tier condition. I’m not even from that wealthy of an area either my standards aren’t super high
