We spent great time at Scottsdale Camelback Resort. Great place close to Scottsdale Downtown, nice and clean villas and staff all above our expectations. Great place to stay!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a timeshare owner at Nautical Watch, now managed by Vacatia. The property is currently under construction, making it unusable, and I have been met with significant challenges in trying to resolve my ownership situation. Despite the circumstances, Vacatia has not provided a clear path to terminate my ownership. This company is truly a disaster. Supervisor Andrea and her staff member Chantelle (unsure of spelling) should both under go retraining. Supervisor left her employee out to dry, and didn’t step in to assist when there was a dead end in the conversation. When we booked, didn’t realize it was through a third party company- Vacatia. Will call the resort directly next time to avoid any miscommunications.
Booked a reservation this morning, somehow the dates were the wrong dates and not the dates that I selected. Tried calling and was pretty much told that there is nothing that they can do and I will have to pay again to change the dates. DO NOT USE THEM!
I am giving this Chinese owned company a review for many reasons. We are owners at several resorts. We were staying at a resort in Virginia Beach that is somehow owned by vacation. We learned that they are a Chinese company. We got learned into going to a timeshare presentation that was supposed to be 60 minutes and ended up being two and a half hours.
