If I could give negative stars, I would. I paid $500 for a vacate clean for a 4x1 home, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. Issues before they even started: • The cleaner arrived almost 3 hours late despite repeatedly texting that they were “almost there.” • When he finally arrived, he left his van running, sat on his phone, and didn’t even apologize for the delay. • Instead of starting the job, he argued that my house was a five-bedroom property, which was completely false. • I had to show him floor plans and the o... read more
My experience with Dirt2tidy was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and willing to do the very best they possibly could. The cleaners worked hard and did a great job. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service.
The team at dirt2tidy are reliable, efficient and provide an excellent cleaning service! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs an end-of-lease clean or just to have carpets/furniture steam cleaned.
