Heads up, People! Did a review on this business after a few too many 'trust me, sir it will be fine' moments and the inevitable let down with a pinch of time wasting. Owner jumped in with a response that stretched the truth like it was made of rubber. Receipts (aka screenshots) attached! Tried to be the bigger person and call 'em up for a do-over on their fib. Great last minute service and easy to communicate with! Very professional.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I paid $500 for a vacate clean for a 4x1 home, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. Issues before they even started: • The cleaner arrived almost 3 hours late despite repeatedly texting that they were “almost there.” • When he finally arrived, he left his van running, sat on his phone, and didn’t even apologize for the delay. • Instead of starting the job, he argued that my house was a five-bedroom property, which was completely false. • I had to show him floor plans and the o... read more
