Never ever book with them! Absolutely immoral crooks! Mandatory evacuations don’t mean anything to them! Other major booking companies have overriding policies for natural disasters and weather esp when it’s mandated! We had a house booked in Hattaras today and were unable to go today after driving 12 hours when the county posted the 5 pm alert and they refuse to issue refunds even partial. I will make sure everyone on social media knows how terrible this company is!
The worst of the major vacation rental services you can use. Use them if you feel like everything will be perfect and there’s no chance you’re going to need to reach out to customer service. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about your issues. They don’t care about the thousands of dollars you spent on your vacation. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them.
Horrible customer service. We booked this house in Snohomish County for a 3 night family vacation starting on Christmas day. The morning of we received a few texts telling us the place was ready, so we took off on our 2.5hr drive excited for a fun little getaway. When we arrived the house was entirely snowed in. This home was disgusting and dirty. Everything was broken. It smelled horrible. We left after one night and have been trying to get a refund but suddenly no one ever returns any calls, texts, or emails. I have had to dispute charges on my credit card because they refuse to even respond. Avoid at all costs.
Host experience- Long Term Rental - Vacasa Arizona Vacasa had a contractual agreement to provide property management services to which they did not honor and for which they expect payment for services not rendered. Due to their remarkable ineptitude, my account lost 6 K in revenue, incurred reputational harm and items valued at $1200 were stolen from my home by Vacasa employees.
