Great house in old lake o! The house is amazing, and is just a quick walk to dt lake o. Loved everything about the place; such a good vibe for a vacation.
Vacasa Oregon’s customer service was very disappointing. The team seemed to struggle with understanding the situation and working through it collaboratively with the customer. Instead of helping resolve the issue, communication felt disconnected and unproductive, which made what should have been a simple situation unnecessarily frustrating. Vacasa could greatly improve by focusing on listening to customers and working through problems with them rather than around them.

We arrived at our cabin near Mt. Hood, Oregon close to midnight with three children and an infant, after a snowstorm had just passed. Upon arrival, we discovered the heating system was not working. We immediately contacted support and were told a technician would reach out, but no timeframe was provided. We noticed multiple space heaters throughout the home, which suggested this may have been an ongoing issue. Best short term rental I have ever stayed. I would recommend it to anybody wanting to see a great part of Portland. Great walking neighborhood, super dog friendly, great host Generous bathroom, generous Kitchen. Short drive to many places of interest. A block away from coffee shops
