The layout of this house was really my favorite of all the houses we have rented. Having the pool in the center of the house was great. Being on the canal in this area was nice because it is wider here. The sunsets were absolutely amazing over the water and it was even better for the fourth of July! We rented Villa McArita for 20 days from 22 May till 11 June 2025. This is the 3th house we rented in cape coral so we have some nice comparisons. PRO’s: -The house was spacious there was room enough for our 3 since the room was suitable for 8 persons. - It was close to shops like Walmart and Target. - The garden looked quite okay. Sadly, we didn't have the best experience. We rented Villa Orchid in Cape Coral for 61 days this winter. The villa itself was nice but was falsely advertised as having a king bed in the master; an important feature for us and we filtered our search as such. It was a queen bed. We reached out to Vacanza who changed the listing to accurately reflect the bedrooms, which is great for future guests, but for us, we ended up spending the bulk of our stay in separate bedrooms. A property management company you can rely on. Marie gave us excellent support in our time of need. We couldn't be there during the last Hurricane Milton, but thanks to your support we didn't have to worry. Marie took care of everything important and we were able to be worry-free. Beautiful house, spacious house in a beautiful subdivision. All the amenities you could want are included for a short or long stay. Very clean up to date. The pool was amazing after being on the beach all day. Closely located to all the beaches. Would definitely stay there again!
