I brought my machine in because it was jamming up .. turns out it was the clutch, and the "doctor" had it up and running in no time. Fair price and I am so glad to have it back. Thanks for great service! I will be back next time I have a problem.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter took my nanas sewing machine here to see if it could be used for her quilting and needless to say with it being really old they told her that it’s basically garbage they couldn’t order parts for it. Which is fine totally understandable. However they called her and asked her if she wanted them to just throw the machine away which of course she said that was fine. Jim knows how to work them sewing machines. I brought my vintage Brother in and didn't have an instruction manual, but he walked me through each step. Friendly and good communication. Highly recommend his shop!
