Great customer service and top notch legal expertise.
Terrible customer service and completely disrespectful. I called to request a consultation for my mother, and the paralegal who answered was extremely rude. He kept cutting me off, wouldn't let me explain the situation, and bluntly told me 'there was no case' without even listening to the medical details. Zero professionalism and empathy. Do not waste your time here.
called this firm back after being told they had a referral for me. The man I spoke to was not friendly, he seemed irritated by my follow-up and rushed me off the phone when I simply asked for the contact information he previously offered. I followed up twice and still never received the number. His tone and attitude made it clear he didn’t want to be bothered. How you do one thing is how you do everything.
