The man I spoke to was not friendly, he seemed irritated by my follow-up and rushed me off the phone when I simply asked for the contact information he previously offered. I followed up twice and still never received the number. His tone and attitude made it clear he didn’t want to be bothered. How you do one thing is how you do everything.
