More then once now has my pysch doctor forget to send refill orders but saying that he did , with the pharmacy also saying he didnt and not being about to overnight the medication because it was after 2 on a Friday and that they can't put order in till Monday
Clinic is fine, but the phone tree you get is abysmal, called to get an appointment adjusted and after 7 phone prompts, sent me to a pharmacy tech, then 3 more transfers to get to where I needed to go. then be put on hold for almost a half hour. Its borderline gross negligence to continue to have such a system, It just seems its gotten worse.
Wyoming VA Clinic is on top of their game! Dental, optical, mental health, cat scans, x-ray, speech audio, and many more services for Veterans!
Hit or miss with the providers. I've had a positive experience with audiology and behavioral health. Primary care was good for the first year that I've been here in MI but starting to go downhill. I didn't get any notifications for their walk-in flu shots this year. Ironically, I received notifications from two VAs from two different states that I previously resided in.
