Ridiculous, don't even have a choice to get seen at a different VA clinic like at Lawton just because I live here. I'd rather drive 45+ mins every DAY if it means better service and care from this clinic and attitude...
5-Stars professional care
This is truly the worst of the worst clinic I’ve had to endure. The staff on the phone are rude, uneducated, unprofessional, and are truly awful, who hang up or transfer you to a department you weren’t ask for. The lack luster performance is at every level, from scheduling appointments, to pain med refills, and the staff who insult you with disparaging remarks. This place is trash, find a better clinic brothers and sisters.
ZER0 STARS. This is the absolute WORST care I’ve ever received from any VA clinic I’ve been established with. I’m just trying to get a mental health and neurology referral placed since December. No one knows left from right and just been giving me the run around. No wonder veteran suicide rates are the highest they’ve ever been. I will be contacting the patient advocate AND Joint Commission. DO BETTER.
