Staff is always nice and helpful. Lab is usually pretty quick. Took off one start because I'm on my 4th doc there so this gets a bit frustrating but overall love it here, and the nurses are amazing and front desk is great!
New to the area. Called for an appt. Julie took my call and explained i needed to come in and register into the system. I've been all over Texas, north, south, east and west. But Wichita Falls is carried by Oklahoma City. Lol Julie was very patient, kind and funny as she explained this. I've read reviews on this place, so I was hesitant calling.
