May 1, 2025, check in was flawless, triaged quickly and was in a room to see a nurse quickly. Thanks to Cassie and Seema, I had my labs and Px filled and out the door in an hour an half. Building 2 is open, maps shows it being closed.
Most of my appointments are in building 2. The VA just revamped urgent care so I don't know how to give it a response. The Battle Creek VA is good for anything from medical, mental and other needs such as help for veteran homelessness.
Took very good care of me. Didn't leave me without letting me know what was going on
I didn't make it to the waiting room before they called me, they were friendly and fast. I'm honestly impressed, I don't think I've ever been seen that quickly anywhere.
