I came to Virginia tire company seeking help with my air conditioning on my 2002 chevy silverado. Ron, the shop owner noted that I was low on refrigerant and filled the system and told me to come back in a couple of weeks and see how it was performing. I wanted to pay him for this service and to come back in a week or so for a further check out. Most mechanic shops want to be paid right away. And Ron was trusting me to return. Recently had a transmission fluid leak that VA Tire Co kindly fixed. They did a great job and the communication was top tier.
Honest, fast, will patch a flat for $35, and will mount an old tire you bring in after they inspect it, which most chains won’t do.
Follow up review. Ron saved the day! I was getting heavy vibration on my wife's car. We thought it was the pot hole we ran over, boy we were wrong. He was able to find the problem right away. We do seasonal tire swap from mobile tire service and the tech totally messed up the balance. Not only he fixed it he was very fair with price.
