Its VA's like this, that make me want to defund the VA...
Went to the VA clinic today as a walk-in to inquire about a possible repair for my hearing aids. I fully expected to have to leave them and have them send them out for repairs. I was absolutely blown away when the audiologist immediately took my hearing aids and told me that he could repair them (install new speakers) while I waited. Fantastic service. Friendly, professional and the job done right the first time! Thank you!
Called them at 4pm they left me on hold until 4:30pm and then hung up on me because they closed. Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely disgusting behavior.
Experience was amazing.
Better than orlando. But what i dont like, is they set you up an appointment for blood work, you get their 15 til, and you have to take a number. I was there for over an hour once past my appointment time. And you cant go do bloodwork early, because they dont want you taking a number prior to being 15 minutes early for the slotted appointment. How bout just tell us to come in on a certain day, instead of blocking out a time schedule that doesnt matter anyways.
