The clinic always has issues with the phone system. Nobody seems to care when you waste your time waiting over the phone to talk with someone for an appointment. Some of the primary care clerks have an angry attitude and the place feels like a toxic environment. The clinic is slow and needs more space and personnel. The place needs an update. All the money given to other countries and our veterans have to suffer with the lack of medical services.
