Horrible scheduling. I waited on hold for 45 minutes just to be placed on hold by a customer service and hung up on.
I have had only good and positive experiences at Lake Nona VA in Orlando. However I don’t know if I will want to keep going to Lake Nona because the experience has been so negative up here, at The Villages. All I hear is why they can’t do something. . . No doctor, no X-ray, no availability.
