What’s the point of having a receptionist if you don’t answer the phone ughhh
I keep getting hung up on. I'll be on hold for 10 minutes the transferred around and around. Just to have someone hang up with out saying anything or they act like they can't hear me then hang up.
Really like what they have done for me but getting through in their phone system is impossible, it SUCKS!
Not the best experience on that day, human errors.
