Today (7/29/26) was my first time meeting my Primary Care Dr. I showed up 15 min early (like the text asked) and to my surprise they offered free Valet Parking! So I tossed my keys to the dude and headed inside. The building is large and intimidating but the gentleman at the Information desk gave me clear and precise directions. I met with my Dr, bip-bap-boop, got blood taken, bip-bap-boop and was IN and OUT of that facility in less than 1 hour. 5-star First Time experience! Thank you STL VA!!!
this place sucks the people is not friendly at all . they need to get more training they do not care about people.
