I'll give them a one star, not clean staff is inadequate, Doctors are no more than pill pushers, they need to go back to medical school for a few more years, I had knee surgery there and now have a stiff leg, no pain medication, no therapy, it was better before surgery, the only reason people work there is because it's a government job, I had one nurse tell me she would never let VA Doctors perform surgery on her, like I said nothing more than pill pushers, I also have chronic back pain and nothing was done for me except giv... read more

Healthcare there is getting worse by the year. They have forgotten the meaning of respect and dignity, at least in the primary care and general surgery departments. I drove in from out of town for the appointment only to wait over an hour, mostly by myself in the waiting room. No one told me why the wait was so long except the doctor is very thorough. Having to leave such a bad review for the VA hospital irks me. But the Pharmacy department, it’s just plain unorganized awful uncaring doesn’t have time to speak to you throughly and clearly rushes the patient, just very unsatisfying. Also please when you mail out the prescriptions can you put the labels on all prescription bottles I know it goes through a pharmacist but even the pharmacist is not looking when they just throw the prescription labels in the box with the pen needles now what happens if he would’ve thrown tha... read more
