4 months and still no success. My mom is 90 yo trying to get her 95yo vet. Husband signed up for a few extra hours of home health care without success. Talk about runaround, disorganization and ZERO customer service. How did we ever win the war- WWII !
The male phlembotomist was either not trained very well. He seriously need trainging on how to do the job correctly. He missed the blood vessel, instead kept fishing around stabbing my arm and wrist with the needle. The only reason I ended up at this clinic, my caregiver didn't like the drive to the Walla Walla clinic due to the price of gas. Have no choice but to give it even one star. Go somewhere else if you have to and can afford it like Loardes hospital.
