Three weeks after my shower chair was ordered and they tell me the manufacturer doesn't have the order. Not to mention I have been placed on hold for over 15-20 minutes each time I have called. Someone needs to take charge here easily the worst VA dept for patient service in the Loma Linda system.
I have been attempting contact with this facility via mail, email and phone regarding a HISA grant since April. No response. My worst experience with the VA without doubt. Is this department even open ?
I have not been able to obtain batteries for my Legend scooter. I have been calling at least twice weekly for 6 months. I never get a return call, even though I always leave a call back number , last four san. and my name. I am house bound. I feel sorry for veterans who have lost their limbs. This is so sad.
