Walked in to get fitted for a pair of glasses. Bruce, at the front desk, was very helpful, polite, and courteous, and directed me to where to go. I then met Andy, who then fitted me for glasses. He too, was polite, courteous, and very helpful in helping me choose frames. He was very knowledgable about the VA eye care services, and had great options for me. Very Likeable!!!
I have been receiving the best care of my life at this facility. Excellent intake and medical staff.
Just like the Vancouver VA, the Portland VA SUCKS! They do not care about Veterans.... PERIOD!
