After getting into a yelling match with the receptionist. She calls her supervisor to complain about me, in front of me and all the other vets standing there. The supervisor who was very nice, suggested I go to another clinic. Why do we as vets put up with this. I went to Goshen and everyone was delightful. I made a formal complaint . Maybe if more of us did this, she would be removed
