Palo Alto VA Hospital is a very excellent place for veterans and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful The rooms are clean, close to the hospital and walking distance. The food at the lodge is good I was satisfied with the service
Called the advice nurse today. I changed my mind and hung up because the reality is these people are not qualified to help. To her credit, she did call back and asked if I had called. I said yes, but I don't think you can help me. Happy to be free of another patient, she said ok and dumped the call. I just spoke to a professional nurse who draws a salary of one hundred fifty five thousand dollars easy pay yearly.
