The VA has always been incredibly good to me. Today I visited this outpatient clinic for the first time. I got there early, just after they opened. They were already busy. First thing, I was greeted by a person with was a big smile. That’s enough to start any new encounter positivity. Then, each new person I met was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with my health. As usual, I was brought in right on time. Great experience! Everyone was super friendly from start to finish and very professional.
Had a decent experience. They need to put a no smoking sign out front if you don't want people smoking or vaping by the ashtray that you put outside. Might be a good idea to get rid of that too. I was asked to please say something to the administration. So whoever is in charge, can you at least put a sign up????
