This review is about the new mental health provider(no name ,fear of this review being flagged.)The man has a terrible concept of time.Front staff are great and say he has caused several issues with patients waiting over an hour to be seen after their appointment time.This not acceptable.Iether he is incompetent or just doesn't care.
I've been to multiple VA clinics around the country and this one is by far the worst I've had the displeasure of going to. I say "going" but in reality no one ever answers the phone when I call and I haven't been able to see my doctor for anything in over 6 months. There is no walk in doctor either so they send us to urgent care instead where they don't even have a functioning x-ray machine. Can't wait to move so I never have to go through this headache again.
You can never get anyone to answer a phone. The pharmacy is the best part of this facility
