Awful! Dr. Fry acted as if we were bothering him, esp when I spoke up, if we went there for something more concerning then what husbands regular check up entails, that he was bothered by it. Concerned about a black out spell? Well, shoulda gone to ER we don't have MRI etc here...have a nice day and go get bedrest. HELLO!? How about a referral for neurology, an EKG, ANYTHING to check, hubby is over 60 and I am livid, and WILL be calling a super. The guy nurse with longish black curly hair acted quite annoyed as well. This location routinely cancels and reschedules appointments without your consent. They cannot keep providers enough so you can go months to even years without being seen. They can only provide very limited primary care services and routinely deny emergency medication if you ever have to go to the hospital and need post emergency services. Absolutely horrendous customer services.
