They can only accomodate one person every 2 hours. Be prepared for excessive wait times including being told to come back another time to update any information for their system.
I have experienced the VA clinics and hospitals in Kentucky and in Connecticut and in Massachusetts also in Bay Pines VA Florida. This VA might as well just close their doors because they will not work with the patients whatsoever! They won’t even take phone calls all phone calls or forwarded to Biloxi,. The M.R.I Appointment was 2 1/2 hours ago and I am still waiting in the lobby for it to finish up so we can go home. No M.R.I takes 2 1/2 long. What is wrong with this place ?
