The staff is great but nobody answers the phone and I’ve been disconnected twice just trying to find out of my eye glasses have arrived. I’m getting frustrated and will not just go pay for a pair. Not happy.

May 2023: This is the better part of the Gainesville VA system. I don't mind coming here, and I actually look forward to it. People are nicer here. The physicians and PAs really take their time with you. The contractors who are in the optical center are very helpful with finding the right pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses for you.
