Thorough and informative exam performed by the optometry technician followed by detailed review and question session with the OD. Then LDO (dispensing optician) guided process to fit for glasses. Very fortunate to have this facility in Gainesville, Fl. Retired Army
Professional, efficient, respectful.
Imma vet this place doctors and staff are great
The staff is great but nobody answers the phone and I’ve been disconnected twice just trying to find out of my eye glasses have arrived. I’m getting frustrated and will not just go pay for a pair. Not happy.
