This review section is SO shady and I wouldn't use it as a point of reference. The vast majority of the reviews are dated - years old in many cases. Also, there are tons of "Local Guide" shill accounts giving this facility 5-stars for having a cool parking lot, being a newer building, getting some free coffee/donuts, easy to navigate lobby, etc. - nothing to do with requesting and receiving medical benefits.
