This review is intended to advise other veterans about the administrative and clinical challenges at this facility. The medical handling here did not appropriately address documented physical limitations and safety risks. Supplies for Bloodwork is a clinic problem; not the patients responsibility. I checked in today at 1330 for a 1400 Lab appointment and was told my upcoming appointment that was scheduled months ago needed to be rescheduled (short staff again), coincidentally on what would be a long weekend for most (not the first time this has happened). I also heard a few other people come in after me with a 1400 appointment and were seen before me. Not surprising. I left at 1500.
I came in just to do lab work my appt was at 830am and I left at 930 am! It crazy that you have sit that long just to do lab work and there was really no one in the waiting area! Was like 6 people waiting.
They have the shittiest scheduling I have ever seen. They Have the wrong phone numbers for patients even though somehow they previously called them before with the correct number to cancel appointments. They cancel every single appointment and don’t have anything available for months after and when you reschedule, they have to cancel that one as well. When do our veterans ever get seen?
