RecommendedI've been going here for years! Always seen within 15 minutes of appt. time. Often early. Very friendly, helpful staff!
10:00 appointment and did not leave until 2. He had to fast and the bloodwork tech went to lunch wile he was waiting and said it would be an hour and 20 minute wait....hope YOUR lunch was good..
Why does my husband have to Fight to just speak to anybody for a certain appointment? It’s been a week of transferred calls and voicemails left, the run around given, multiple excuses given by representatives because nobody from this clinic will call back. My husband finally comes in for help, and he can’t even get an appointment that he needs that was supposed to be set up a week ago. A week is a long time for someone who needs help!
My experience was good at this clinic. Friendly staff the wait was not bad. in at 13:30 out around 14:45. I have no complaints.
SO FAR THIS CLINIC IS MUCH BETTER THAN WHEN I HAVE TO GO TO THE CLAIRMONT ROAD HOSPITAL I CAN VOUCHE FOR THAT!
First time yesterday. Was scheduled for 09:30, they called me at 09:29. Initial visit went well, very informative. Love the people on team 7.
It is absolutely unacceptable that a vet, who comes in for his scheduled appointment, in whom took time off work in the middle of the day, who very much need to see his psychiatrist today, never gets called back after over 30-45 minutes of waiting then gets told he will get called to reschedule. He had to return to work. This isn't the first time he's been pushed to the side here or overlooked. Get your stuff together and take care of your patients like their lives depend on it! You have to call a phone number ( 404-329-2222 ) that goes to the VA in Atlanta then they send this clinic an email to call you back. You cannot call this clinic direct. I've been waiting over six hours for them to call me back. What genius thought of this.
