This place is AWFUL. I went for a pedicure, the guy who did it was so rough. He cut at least 2 of my toes since the nail tool speed was so high, 1 was still bleeding the next day. I'm hoping I don't get an infection in my toes. Stay away from this place.
Don’t know why this place is showing 4 stars. The quality of work done by only one nail tech is sloppy and rushed. Save ur money and time, find another place
Came here once pre-C19. Had a great experience with Candy! My regular nail tech had an emergency so I called VA Nails about 2 hours in advance to make sure they could accommodate a simple short acrylic fill with french tip. Lady on the phone (Lisa) was very nice and said yes. Cool. EXPERIENCE: Upon entering the shop, the smell of urine met me at the door? Stopped in Richmond during a long road trip to SC. We were walk ins and they did their best to accommodate us for 2 gel pedicures and 2 manicures, so I didn’t mind the wait times. The deluxe pedicure was amazing but my powder mani didn’t hold up as well. Got this done on Friday and now it’s Monday and several of my nails are chipped and one is bent. I’m sure if I was local I could stop in and they’d fix but the quality is a bit disappointing for a $60 mani.
