After four years of visiting this nail tech, I am beyond disappointed. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer basic questions about services—always redirecting me to the manager instead. It’s clear she prefers to remain ignorant rather than do her job properly. My last visit was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any nail salon. I cannot recommend her or this salon at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Going Back My husband and I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. I had a 10:30 appointment, but no one even acknowledged me for 25 minutes. When someone finally did, she didn’t introduce herself or ask what type of manicure I wanted—just rushed me into a chair and started working roughly on my nails. I brought my daughter to get pedicures and the experience was generally fine. Nothing major stood out as particularly good or bad. We requested the classic pedicure, which was listed as being $38 and it was done quickly. When it came time to pay, I was told it was $112 for the two of us. I asked how it came to that, and confirmed the classic was $38 at which point the cashier walked away, returning a moment later to reiterate the total price. I rarely write reviews so when I do, take note ladies! Stay away from this place!!! I brought my mother in law and myself here for mani/ pedi on Mother’s Day. The guy who answered the phone was very kind, I explained I was going to be late and could reschedule another day, he insisted I still come in. The woman who ended up doing my toes didn’t care what she was doing, cut my big toe and gave me an infected toe nail that I had to see a specialist for.
