After four years of visiting this nail tech, I am beyond disappointed. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to answer basic questions about services—always redirecting me to the manager instead. It’s clear she prefers to remain ignorant rather than do her job properly. My last visit was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any nail salon. I cannot recommend her or this salon at all.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Going Back My husband and I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. I had a 10:30 appointment, but no one even acknowledged me for 25 minutes. I brought my daughter to get pedicures and the experience was generally fine. Nothing major stood out as particularly good or bad. We requested the classic pedicure, which was listed as being $38 and it was done quickly. When it came time to pay, I was told it was $112 for the two of us. I asked how it came to that, and confirmed the classic was $38 at which point the cashier walked away, returning a moment later to reiterate the total price.
