I want to reiterate what Starry Night said in their review. I purchased a car on December 11, 2025 and did not receive the title until April 18, 2026. This was after numerous unreturned calls to VA Motorcars, a case opened with the Attorney General, and getting my own lawyer involved. There are currently 8 open Attorney General claims against VA Motorcars for title related issues. He was not the owner of the vehicles and sold them anyway. If you're looking for a car, look elsewhere.

I do NOT recommend this dealership at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is unresponsive to texts, emails, and phone calls and will not provide a title after you have fully purchased the vehicle and have driven off the lot. There are 8 open claims against him right now at the OH Attorney General Office for the same issue -he doesnt have the title in his name before he sells it to you so you will never get the title in your name. Update April 1: still no title or communication from VA Motorcars. I purchased a car back on December 11, 2025, paid in full, and still have not received the title as of March 4, 2026. Alex will not return my calls or texts. My second temporary tag is expiring next week on March 11. This is ridiculous.

UPDATED: Purchased a 2024 Crosstrek Limited. Saved about $12k compared to a Crosstrek with a "clean" title. Process was smooth and car has been great. I'll definitely recommend VA Motorcars to others. I haven't purchased a vehicle from VA Motors (yet)... but I've been communicating with Alex about a few of their cars and he's been very upfront and honest about the cars he has available, the fact that they are rebuilt titles, and the work that was completed.
