The clinic, doctors and nurses are great. The facility is clean. BUT.. Why do you have to call Castle Point to get connected to someone at the VA Clinic in Monticello? If I call directly, I sit on hold forever as "#1 caller". If I call Castle Point and they transfer me, someone picks up within 10 seconds. Why is this happening??
The best. I've never had a doctor better than Rehmani and the receptionists/nurses are the kindest. I feel much more understood here than my previous past doctors.
