I just called them today, the front desk lady was annoyed by my call. you would not think they were paying her to answer phone calls and assist. Just what i would expect at the V.A. rude front desk that feels, I RATE. just beyond rude no professionalism at all.
They rush you in and out like cattle, was even told once that my primary care doctor really busy so if i could only spend 15 min with her that would b great, 15 min. "Really"......how they gonna do anything in 15 min......... please!!!!!! they cant be real..... i used to like these guys but now , i just dont know, im nervous just goin there, i actually thought they had a set of doctors morals and truly cared. As much as i hate to say it, i think they lost that a while back. How sad for us veterans...............
