Great service. very friendly staff. No issues with appointments or wait time. Been in the VA system for 7 years and never have had an issue with the VA
They NEVER answer the phone when I call. 7 times out of 10 when I go in no one is at the front desk and I have to wait 15 minutes while they are all in the back giggling, laughing and loudly talking. I checked in early, Chris never told the Dr I was there and I ended up waiting until 20 minutes after my appointment. When I asked him if he could remind her I was out front, he caught an attitude, but finally went and told her.
