I am Phil Melton. I had an appointment at the "No-Hope" center today. During my previous visit, they never looked me in the eye, and typed on the computer the entire time. Today, I checked in early but was told to go get lunch and return. My appointment was at 1300, check in at 1245. I returned to the clinic but could not get back to the waiting area or check in because only one person was working the desk with a long line of waiting veternas.
