This VA hospital is a joke! The people are snarky and abusive to the patients. Your appointments are set 5 6/10 months down the line hoping that you die before you get to come back. Trying to get medical records from them. How did they tell you you can't have them that you've received too many of them! And you're not allowed to get anymore. I don't know what they're afraid of here. But that lady's right. They don't care about you and the way they treat you shows that.
My experience with the VA Medical Center have been outstanding! Care far exceeded any i have received in the private sector over the last 35 years. Every person I've been in contact with has been professional and courteous. Each doctor, nurse, receptionist, and volunteer has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable in a decidedly uncomfortable situation. Thank you one and all!!!
