I've been seen here for last 10 yrs and feel the quality of care and service is top notch. I also happen to work in the Dental Dept part time and love it here

The VA has a crisis line that I have tried to contact for 30 days. You left me walking on 11 days with a multiple fibula fracture. You have never contacted me with my compliance for 11 days now I can't work anymore. Let's look at the patient advocate. You no longer care for veterans. Called today and there is zero record of a patient advocate reaching out I am reporting sexual assault and abuse
