So why is it such a challenge to contact a dept in the hospital by phone without getting hung up on EVERY Time???
The patient advocates for this VA hospital are completely worthless. I'll be contacting my congress person to discuss how much money they make because, 1 they never answer their business phones, 2 if they do they are incompetent and rude, 3 they offer no help whatsoever. I'd be more than happy to testify that they never pick up their phones or call back. The VA should do an audit on this hospital because this is the worst VA hospital I've ever been to. This has literally been one of the best VA medical facilities that I’ve ever been to. The VA always gets talked about negatively and from their past reputation it’s understandable. As a combat vet I can say that the level of care I’ve personally received here has been great. Please understand that everyone is different and I’m in NO way shape or form trying to belittle or minimize someone’s negative experiences at this facility.
