The staff is kind enough but they are so short-staffed and have such low resources that it was a miserable experience. My husband was shoved in a holding area on a tiny stretcher and left there for the duration of his two-day stay. No room, no bed, and no hope for a bed for at least another day. His legs hung pff the end. The man on a stretcher next to him was yelling about the Chicago fire all night. The conditions are terrible- it’s so depressing.
