Glad I kept my cell phone when they took my belongings....It came in handy when I needed to call security and make a police report when they lost my clothes and purse
Check-in is now by machine, VetLink. Total clusterf##k! Even those that are supposed to know how works haven't got a clue. Allow an extra 30 minutes minimum.
Come early. Even with the new parking deck parking is hard to find thanks to the employees taking up most of the patient parking.
Our first time they really should of have my husband directions after he checked in. He sat down thinking they would call him but they didn't. He saw Veterans go to a second window and then they call
