The Dr's are so/so. They dont look at history or Labs unless u remind them. Always pushing meds

I went in six months ago having trouble walking. My “doctor “ told me we would deal with it next time he saw me. Then booked me to return a year out. A week later it hurt so bad I went to urgent care. Asked to see an orthopedic doctor as recommended after X-rays. I was told I needed to see my “doctor” again to be seen by a specialist. When I went in I took my X-rays on a disk and was told he couldn’t use them. I asked if they could get them emailed then, not able to do that either. The worst VA Medical Center I have ever been to. Ive had to have congress reach out to them 3 times. The employees are disgusting humans who have zero compassion, zero care, and will straight up deny legally required medical care that then results in emergency medical treatment. And after conhress contacts then about it they will become rude and refuse to treat you and hang up on you. This facility should be shutdown and every single employee fired. Especially the Patients Advocate.
This VA is the best! They listen and care. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re healthy or getting the help you need ASAP. Staff is kind, compassionate, and professional.
