For five years, this facility dismissed a documented 50% arterial blockage in my shoulder and repeatedly treated abnormal, high blood‑pressure readings as if they were routine. My experience with EPVAHCS after a major foot reconstruction was deeply disappointing. Despite undergoing a procedure involving a K‑wire, a plate, multiple screws, and extensive stitches, the facility provided only a seven‑day supply of pain medication. That level of postoperative support was far below what is reasonable for a surgery of this severity and left me managing significant pain without adequate relief, resulting in further damage. The staff at this facility have shown a persistent pattern of unprofessional and retaliatory behavior that has completely eroded my trust in their care. My private medical information was mishandled, and inaccurate, harmful entries were added to my record without any legitimate basis.
