Been sitting here for hours, waiting to set benefits for my Army Veteran father. People behind desks are rude, look at you like you're trash. If they treat Veteran family and advocates like this, I can only imagine how they treat their Veterans. Nice building, poorly mannered staff.
This is a great Hospital/Outpatient Clinic and so is the Louis Stokes Medical Center in Cleveland, as well. Both demonstrate great examples of what top VA Hospital standards should be
I was approved for VA healthcare and have been going to the Parma VA Outpatient Clinic I believe, for app. 5 or 6 months now. I rate them an overall "5-Star" facility. A template of what an overall healthcare system should be like. It's just an exceptional place; I feel very at home and welcome there.

It's where my boyfriend works. And he loves me. :).
Is so tired of being told one appointment over the phone then show up to that appointment and ITS NOT THE CORRECT DATE.... This is third time since June they have done this. And gas is NOT cheap.. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR HEADS OUT OF THEIR ARSE AND DO THEIR JOB!!! WHAT A WAY TO TREAT TO A VET..
