Horrible experience EVERY time I try to go into this location. The staff and their time management are horrible!! When you arrive 30 minutes early for a morning appointment and 30 minutes AFTER your scheduled time they still haven't acknowledged my existence....unacceptable. Worst VA facility for patient care ,this is why I typically try to use telehealth exclusively.
Lancaster VA Clinic Team #3 are some of the most incompetent people I have ever met , Every time I go there they have seem to screw everything up It has been 3 years since Dr Calander retired he always made sure I had a copy of my blood work and fill my Rx without a single issue. I have had 3 different Nurse practitioners all seem to be at best incompetent always failing to do a good job like riding the rail to retirement just collecting a paycheck and a second retirement looking to jump off at the next stop on the railroad ... read more
