I went to the Lake City emergency department with acute pain in lower back. from triage and treatment the staff was wonderful, personal and caring. even security opened the door for us. The doctor and nurse treated me and was released quickly. The nurse, Paige, was very observant watching me while I attempted to stand and walk. Excellent from triage, tech and RN in treatment room to the Doctor. They Listened! Only complaint is they need a New Er. Old but still works.
I feel neglected and abandoned as a veteran who need immediate dental help to save me from going through infection spread. The earliest appointment is June and community care is 4/22 but I had to get patient advocate to get that appointment. What’s the point of sick call when I can’t get emergency dental care.
