This place is a joke. I went three times to see a Dr on the purple team. Once on my own and twice were call backs for clarity/because they didn't do what they were supposed to do. 8 months later and I still haven't been called to schedule with the correct Dr pertaining to my medical needs.
Customer service representative Ariel was really nice and punctual when answering the phone. She relayed a message for me to my provider and had them call me first thing in the morning. Customer service has been doing a lot better. Great job here 🥹🙏🏽❤️
Not a safe VA facility for any veteran, but this facility is specifically not a safe, professional or effective hospital for LGBTQ+ veterans, young veterans, PTSD survivors & vets dealing with S.I. If you just moved here and have to stay in Atlanta, work towards getting your VA healthcare referrals for the outpatient VA clinics and be prepared to fight EVERYONE for what you need & be prepared emotionally to still not get it. After never having gone to the VA for health care, my experience at this location has been excellent. Everyone made me feel as if they were actually concerned with my well-being, and I felt I was in a safe space. I would have zero issues driving four hours to receive care from this location. Thank you all for your dedication in helping veterans!
