On time at optometry clinic
I set up an appointment nearly 2 months ago for oct 16 after failed calls and messages left for an eye exam. I get a call today stating that the dr will be out of town or something and i have to reschedule. The next available appointment is nov 13 i was just told. 6 months for an eye appointment. I just need a new pair of glasses is all... my old ones are falling apart. This is not okay guys

I had high hopes for this place…..just because it’s bigger doesn’t make it better, maybe better for employees to hide. Lack of communication, wait times for necessary appointments and test are ridiculous and it’s next to impossible to speak with your doctor directly. Our Veterans deserve so much better than the sub par treatment here and at other VA clinics where we have unfortunately had to deal with in the past….not to mention some rude and extremely unprofessional staff they have there….
