Kept my fiance while we had a family emergency for way too long
Never had an issue with getting an appointment which has been amazing. Only real issue is that employees are parking in the marked patient parking lot and makes it hard to find parking for those with serious disabilities. Even brought it to the patient advocate, VA police office, and Chief of Staff's attention and just got brushed off. Very unprofessional by the leadership and reflects why employees don't follow the parking policy.
Info desk personal very helpful and friendly. Their busy, so get there early. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere
