Dr. Jeffrey Katz really has a terrible bedside manner. Very impatient and downright rude. I’ve experienced this twice now, as I was part of the conversation after my dad’s 2 procedures. My dad is very hard of hearing and Dr. Katz immediately was extremely frustrated, very rudely saying “This is senseless!” after having to repeat his question to my dad. He treated us as if we were idiots, unable to hear his demeaning comments. Don’t see this doctor unless you want to be put down and insulted.
This place and the staff are great. The two times i had to go to an ER they had me in a room within 15 minutes and diagnostics started within an hour.
Very bad
Kept my fiance while we had a family emergency for way too long
