I just started using the VA about 4 years ago. I have been impressed with their quality of care. The only problem is I have to go to Philadelphia for some of the care. It's no real big deal , but it takes most of the day to get there and back home. Overall I would give it 4 1/2 stars
Well, we are still wearing masks. Why? Anyway, other than that, the staff is great and you are usually seen fairly quickly.

Employees are not wearing masks but the patients are required to. Lab staff talk down to veterans and front desk staff is more worried about talking about the night before and looking at Facebook. The male working the front desk wants to talk down to the veterans and offer up empty promises. Says “I’ll call you when the Dr has openings”… he has said that 3 times before and I’ve never heard back from him. But he’s a GS employee so nothing will every happen to him.
