It's nearly impossible to make an appointment that isn't a routine checkup. Issues aren't resolved, they just slap bandaids on.
RecommendedFirst Center for VA Health Care that really takes time to listen and gets issue fixed. Staff is great.
terrible to hear that your staff injects insulin to vets who don't need it and its killing them
If you can possibly go to any other clinic besides this one, I highly suggest you do so. I had twenty years of great VA care at the New Albany and Carrollton clinics only to ne transferred to this dirty, ghetto, hell hole afyer my PCP retired. I'm always rushed, don't feel like Im even listened to and dread even having to come here at all.
Very polite and professional team. Appointment was on-time (actually a bit early). Everyone was very helpful. Thanks for all you do for our Vets, me included.
I get the best of everything from the Shivley health center.
Dr Seldon did not help my wife and disrespected her. She has standing prescriptions from VA Danville and the doctor would not honor those. Furthermore she was rude to me on my only visit to her. She does not respect veterans. Veterans come for help and they leave feeling hopeless. Thanks for nothing Dr Sheldon.
